with Iron, Vitamin C, Manganese, Vitamin D, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12. Iron and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells.
